Directions:

  1. Fill the infusion jar with your tequila or mezcal and let sit for 1-3 days in the fridge shaking occasionally.

  2. Once infused, strain the mixture and set the solids aside for a second infusion if you’d like!

  3. To serve, we recommend shaking 1.5oz of infused liquor with ice and topping with club soda. Enjoy!

For an NA version use 12oz of boiling water instead of liquor.

Directions:

  1. Fill the infusion jar with your favorite whiskey or bourbon and let sit for 1-3 days in the fridge shaking occasionally.

  2. Once infused, strain the mixture and set the solids aside for a second infusion if you’d like!

  3. To serve, we recommend adding 1.5oz to a mug with hot water. Enjoy!

Sangria

Directions:

  1. Fill the infusion jar with your favorite brandy and let sit for 1-3 days in the fridge shaking occasionally.

  2. Once infused, strain the mixture and set the solids aside for a second infusion if you’d like!

  3. To serve, we recommend adding 1.5oz of the infused brandy with 5oz of a Spanish wine such as Tempranillo (dry) or Garnacia (sweet). Serve over ice in a chilled glass and enjoy!

Sweet Peach Old Fashioned

Directions:

  1. Fill the infusion jar with your favorite whiskey or bourbon and let sit for 1-3 days in the fridge shaking occasionally.

  2. Once infused, strain the mixture and set the solids aside for a second infusion if you’d like!

  3. To serve, we recommend adding 2oz of the infused mixture to a glass with ice and stir well. Enjoy!

For an NA version, fill the jar with boiling water instead of liquor. Add a black tea bag and remove it after steeping (2-5 minutes), let the water infuse for 2 days. Prepare with ice as above.

Mango Shishito Margarita

Directions:

  1. Fill the infusion jar with your favorite tequila or mezcal and let sit for 1-3 days in the fridge, shaking occasionally.

  2. Once infused, strain the mixture and set the solids aside for a second infusion if you’d like!

  3. To serve, we recommend shaking 1.5oz of the infused liquor with ice. Add to a glass and top with club soda. Enjoy!

For an NA version use 12oz of boiling water instead of liquor.

Elderberry Lemonade
Elderberry Lemonade

Directions:

  1. Fill the infusion jar with your favorite gin or vodka and let sit for 1-3 days in the fridge shaking occasionally.

  2. Once infused, strain the mixture and set the solids aside for a second infusion if you’d like!

  3. To serve, we recommend adding 1.5oz of the infused liquor to a glass with ice, and toping with club soda and a squeeze of lemon. Enjoy!

For an NA version, use 12oz of boiling water instead of liquor.

Mulled Wine
Mulled Wine

Directions:

  1. Fill the infusion jar with your favorite brandy and let site for 1-3 days in the fridge shaking occasionally.

  2. Once infused, strain the mixture and set the solids aside for a second infusion if you’d like!

  3. To serve, we recommend adding 1.5 oz to a cup of heated red wine.

For a zero proof version and non-alcoholic version, use 12oz of boiling water and a black tea bag instead of liquor. Steep tea bag for 3 min, and let infuse for 1-3 days
