Tipsy: $900
The bar that started it all! Tipsy is the inspiration behind our whole business and is made from a 1987 two horse trailer. This bar has a rustic flair and a gorgeous cedar bar top, wait until you see it up close! Our horse trailer bar is set up for two bartenders to pour the most delicious cocktails, beer, and wine. This bar is great for outdoor events and can even fit inside some venues. Tipsy Trough makes a great backdrop in photos and is a fantastic conversation starter. Moxie: $900
Check out our latest addition to the fleet - our camper bar! Moxie is a 1967 Shasta camper that's been renovated to serve you event with a vintage, apothecary style. The clean lines and copper accents make Moxie stand out at any party! We built this bar with a focus on keeping her details clean and neutral so she can fit any vibe. This bar is perfect for two bartenders, or two bartenders and a bar-back. Head to our contact page to book Moxie for your wedding or private event!
Poppy: $600
Poppy is a mix of light wood with black accents. This bar adds a modern and sleek flair to your party! Poppy is great for events that don’t have the space for one of our mobile bars or for large events that need a second or even third bar location. This bar can be inside or outside to keep the party going year round!
Bar Onsite: $250
Are you moving forward with hosting your wedding or event at a venue that already has an existing bar onsite? This is the package for you! Get all of the benefits of Wandering Wagon service from behind the venue's existing bar. All of our same menu items, including all of our Garden to Glass cocktails, are compatible with this package.
2. Choose Your Bar Package
Pour Package
$1.25/guest per hour of service starting at $5/guest
We show up ready to serve beer, wine, champagne, and nonalcoholic canned beverages. We provide galvanized buckets and ice to keep the beverages cold, cups, beverage napkins, and three canned nonalcoholic beverages of your choice. We bring the necessary bar tools, beverage napkins, and disposable cups.
Bartenders start at $325 for 4 hours of service + $45/hour for additional hours of service. We staff two bartenders at every event and one additional bartender per 100 guests after the first 200. Additional bartenders, bar-backs, and bar stations can be added for an additional fee.
Pour and Mixer Package
$2.50/guest per hour of service starting at $10/guest
In this package we include everything from the first package and more! We provide garnishes, fresh squeezed juices, syrups, and shrubs necessary for one or two specialty cocktails. We also provide Italian sodas, club soda and two canned nonalcoholic beverages of your choice. Ask about our cocktails that double as delicious mocktails so everyone can join the fun!
Bartenders start at $325 for up to 4 hours of service + $45/hour for additional service hours. We staff two bartenders at every event and add an additional bartender per 75 guests after the first 150 guests. Additional bartenders, bar-backs, and extra bar stations can be added for an additional fee.
